The Patsy Cline Memorial Foundation ( I believe that was the name ) provided a scholarship for a student of music to continue their studies. One scholarship per year was awarded. Mrs Hensley set it up in memory of her daughter and the foundation sadly ceased when Mrs Hensley died.
I found the post above on another web site and thought how great it would be if this scholarship could be revived. A music scholarship @ a collage or university in Nashville, near Winchester or perhaps in New York. I know there are many fans that could get behind something like this and I feel that Mrs. Hensley would be happy that the scholarship has been continued.
I would like to hear your thoughts and ideas on this.

Young people such as yourself need inspiration and help in furthering their singing careers, after all isn't that what Mrs. Hensley wanted to do by creating the scholarship in the first place?

After reading the article about Elaini Arthur and seeing Angel of the opera’s post, I think getting the scholarship off the ground would be a very beneficial endeavor to undertake. There are so many talented young people out there that just need a helping hand.
