I miss the days when we had Kitten Kat, goofy chats and when we didn't have to wait for an event to be excited. We were just excited about Patsy period. Remember when we were on the forum almost daily. When we talked about our "Crazy Dreams", and just enjoyed being in a "Patsy" atmosphere. I have such fond memories, and have made amazing friends through Patsy, I know we were "poisoned" and betrayed, but it hasn't lessened my love and respect for Patsy, or any of my Patsy-Pals. I miss it.

I've checked in on numerous occasions over the past few months but assumed this place was just dead due to lack of interest? That would be a pity.
I wasn't around when the "poisoning" was going on so I know nothing about what that might refer to.
I'm always happy to talk Patsy though if anyone wants to "talk".

This place does seem dead. I check in every couple of weeks.

That's a nice photo you have of Patsy there as an avatar, AngelOfTheOpry.
Where and when was that taken, do you know?

Vanessa, You are so right!! I DO miss those days so much. Life has gotten busy, but dammit, I never used to be too busy to visit and post here before. I have met some of the best and most important people in my life on this forum. Maybe Kitten Kat needs to return for another few episodes.. It is too quiet here. You are right about not letting the bad events of the past ruin things. Besides, the perpeturators of that stuff seem to have gone by the wayside, as they should have. It's time for us to just get back to Patsy!

Hi Theresa and friends
It is quiet around here. I pop in most days and see very little new.
So lets get talking again,
I was in Germany at the end of September and met the son of the Patsy admirer I first met in 1967, sadly his dad was too ill to make the journey but he still enjoys the " magic beauty of the voice ". Now on CDs but he still has the tape recordings made from AFN and other western stations.
So many admirers with only local connections with other fans and admirers.
Maybe this is because she is a real artist and the admiration for her is sincere, Unlike so many "manufactured and marketed" performers where the "fan club" promotes sales of the recordings by increasing peer pressure and artificial "admiration" of the performer.

If memory serves me right, Steve (and sometimes it doesn't so forgive me) the photo was taken around 1957. She looks rather young in it. I also believe it was taken outside the Nella Drive house.
